The application has the ability to output the data in formats suitable for Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, ACT!, dbf and many more. The data as well as the books are purchased by a variety of companies that use it to market products to the healthcare industry.  The website also created by Impact Software allows subscribers to view and/or download statistics and employee information on practically every healthcare facility in the US.

The Coca-Cola Company 

Microsoft Access Database and C++ application for Windows CE and Pocket PC – An Access application is used to input customers, routes and tasks for the purpose of completing time and motion studies. The information from the Access database is then downloaded to any Windows CE handheld device where it used as a replacement for the traditional stopwatch and clipboard. At the end of a session data is uploaded from multiple devices and preformatted reports and charts are printed or output for transmission via email or for use in presentation software.  

Sales Tracking Software 

We have created contact & sales management applications in Microsoft Access, SQL Server, C++ and ACT! for many of our clients. These tools typically use customer data purchased from sources such as Dun & Bradstreet or Billian’s HealthDATA group to identify potential customers. In many cases the purchased information is linked to a list of the client’s current accounts to generate “Current & Prospective” customer lists. These lists can be prioritized based on criteria identified by the client.
